Working Method

Each piece starts with quick sketches and color studies. I’m particularly interested in capturing the quality of Mediterranean light - that specific warmth and clarity that changes throughout the day.

The gallery above shows different stages of the process, from initial concept to more developed works. Some are complete, others are still finding their way.

What’s Next

I’m planning to develop several of these studies into larger finished pieces. The coastal series in particular feels like it has more to give - there’s something about the intersection of land and sea that keeps drawing me back.
