Un instant, un sospir

La fi d’una tarda d’hivern en un sospir

Palmeres onejant violentament d’un costat a l’altre, ones de swell que es comencen a aixecar amb el vent offshore, on l’espuma reflecteix la llum atoranja d’un sol que es va amagant ràpidament… Unes cadires solitàries encarades al sol de matí, buides, que esperen pacients els seus inquilins habituals… I els vaixells de càrrega floten gairebé immòvils, tots encarats cap al nord-oest.

En moments tranquils sembla a la vegada que el temps s’aturi i se t’escapi de les mans… Mil possiblitatats però res passa en aquest mateix instant, ara pots tenir-ho tot o res, estar completament conectat o completament sol. Com les cadires buides que descansen a l’ombra i les finestres tancades que no veuran els últims raigs de sol del dia. El cel de colors pastels, però encara clar, deixarà lloc un altre cop als dies grisos; només tenim aquest petit instant. És tot el que existeix, petits instants per agraïr, que no es repetiran però que seguirán arribant. Com les ones que venen i van, sempre canviants, però sempre constants.

There are so many small moments in life that just go away and with the passing of time they become harder to remember. I will always remember those minutes out of this afternoon, because I put in the attention and I decided to write it down. Now it’s like I had taken a picture. Does it happen to you that you remember much better those moments of which you took picture of? Even when you haven’t even looked at them again. If we try hard enough, we can do it without the phone. Just make an effort to focus on all the sensations, all that you see and feel, and go back to that memory soon after. However, taking the photo, writing it down, that’s a very valid and wonderful thing to do. What can be better than having a stack of beautiful memories and moments that you can relive? Life is just made of that, isn’t it?
